Our Client is a premium Destination Management Company. Established in 1997, the company offers a comprehensive range of travel products and services throughout Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Thailand and Yunnan (China).
Our Client has also been known as one of leading General Sales Agent operators in air passenger and cargo services. The company was selected as the sole representative for American Airlines since 2004 and has expanded its operations to represent Turkish Airlines & Kenya Airways since 2008.
Staffed by over 300 travel professionals, the company has a network of seven support offices throughout regional Indochina and two sales offices in Europe. Our Client is proud to have been singled out by the Vietnam Tourism Association as one of the “Top Ten Vietnam Tour Operators” in 2003, 2006, 2007 and 2008.
We are now looking for qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Operation Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- In charge of the day-to-day planning and the overall master plan for all departments. This includes transportation, guides, restaurants, museums, visas and all other relevant tour components;
- Communicate customer feedback with the management and suggest improvements accordingly;
- Work closely with the product management and implement suggested services into the operation;
- Detail task will be discussed more in interview.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent in spoken & written English;
- Have strong negotiation skills;
- Being price sensitive on purchasing from service providers;
- Self-organized, a good team coordinator and able to work under pressure;
- Should be service oriented;
- 02 years experience in the same position.
